Request for Proposals (RFP) – Comprehensive Financial Management Software
 
The Pointe Coupee Parish School Board (PCPSB) is contemplating a conversion to a new comprehensive financial management software system.  PCPSB will select the successful proposal based upon several evaluation factors; including features as outlined in the RFP; effective integration of modules; company stability; conversion; training and implementation plan; technical support; and price.
 
Deadline for submission of the proposal is 2 p.m. on Monday, March 23, 2015.  All responses will be evaluated and judged based on the degree to which the vendor is able to meet PCPSB’s needs.

PCPSB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.  It is the Board’s intent to award this contract to the vendor who provides the best overall value to PCPSB.  Contract price will be a component of the evaluation process but will not be the sole determinant; PCPSB is not obligated to award this contract to lowest bidder.
