Rogers Water Utilities (RWU) is requesting a proposal for thermal sludge drying system for the Rogers Pollution Control Facility (PCF).  The submitted proposal should be based on the Request for Proposal (RFP) which has been distributed by email.  Please follow all instructions outlined within the RFP. All questions pertaining to the RFP are to be directed to Brett Peters via email at brett.peters@hawkins-weir.com by 3:00pm on Friday, August 4th, 2023.  All questions will be answered in writing via addendum.  The deadline for the submission of the RFP is Friday, August 18th at 2:00pm CDT.  Bids received after this time will not be accepted.  Bids may either be submitted electronically on the Central Bidding platform, or by paper copy mailed to the address listed in the RFP.
 
RWU reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formalities or irregularities in any bid, and to accept the bid which appears to be in the best interest of the utility.
