ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS HVAC
                                                                                               Replacement for Tallulah Elementary Auditorium

Sealed bids will be accepted by the Madison Parish School Board by Sharon Bridgewater, Purchasing Agent, Madison Parish School Board, 301 South Chestnut Street, Tallulah, Louisiana 71282, until, 2:00p.m., Friday, January 22, 2016 for HVAC Replacement at Tallulah Elementary School Auditorium.
 
At the above time and place, bids will be read aloud.  No bids may be withdrawn after scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least thirty (30) days.  
 
Plans in PDF format and specifications in MS Word document format and other information for this project may be secured from the following link https://www.centralauctionhouse.com. Files may be downloaded at and printed from location. Copies of the bid documents can be obtained at the Madison School Board in Tallulah, Louisiana.
 
In order to allow prospective Bidders the chance to review the job scope and site conditions, it is encouraged that ALL contractors visit the site prior to bid. Contractors that wish to visit the site shall contact Mr. Ronnie Groves, Maintenance Supervisor at 318-574-3616 to coordinate a walk thru. Contractors that visit the school without maintenance personnel present will not be allowed to walk the site.
 
Sealed proposals shall be marked on the envelope cover, plainly and prominently with the following:
Bidder’s name, address and telephone number
State License Number of Contractor if the bid is in excess of $50,000.00 and
The statement “Proposal for (project name number)”.
 
Liquidated damages shall be assessed for every day beyond date of completion, as established by the Bidder’s Form of Proposal, in the amount of three hundred dollars ($300.00) per calendar day.
 
The Madison Parish School Board reserves the right to waive any and all formalities or to reject any/or all bids.
