The Work includes site work, concrete sidewalks, site drainage, walkway canopies, concrete foundations, brick veneer, cmu block walls, pre-engineered steel framing, finish carpentry with casework, storefront systems, hollow metal doors, wood doors, door hardware, glazing, lay-in ceilings, painting, electrical, mechanical, standing seam metal roofs and other systems as described in the contract documents.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., August 11, 2015, at the front entrance at Ruston Junior High School, 481 Tarbutton Road, Ruston, Louisiana. School Telephone (318) 251-1601. Representatives from the OWNER and ARCHITECT will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference.
