This is a RE-BID of a previous project that is over budget.  Bidding contractors from last bid are warned to discard all previous plans and specifications.  There are various and subtle changes throughout the documents, both plans and specifications.

Scope of work: 
Field House: renovate finishes, new addition to girls lockers, new mezzanine for equipment and coaches offices, new plumbing, HVAC and electrical work.
Weight Training and Exercise Building:  a new separate structure. pile supported, slab on grade, pre-engineered metal building (structure only)
brick veneer over CMU exterior walls, CMU and gypsum wallboard interior walls.Various finishes.
Two sets of documents for one project bid; one set of specifications for both plan sets.
