This project includes the replacement of the existing pedestrian bridge (nearby and onsite, furnished by others) and support structure on Brown Street, installation of side drain pipes with wingwalls and channel armoring to protect from future erotion. This project also includes removal of the existing bridge, approach slabs, wingwalls and side drainage on Elm Street. The proposed Elm Street crossing will be constructed of culverts with headwalls and new sidedrain pipes.
