The work shall generally consist of the construction of a 6,200-square foot pre-engineered galvanized metal building to be used as a parking garage and miscellaneous site work together with all necessary appurtenances. Contractor shall also furnish and install a 125-kW diesel generator with 583-gallon sub-base fuel tank, automatic transfer switch, and concrete slab.
