ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
 
Sealed bids will be received by the Pointe Coupee Parish Sheriff at the Sheriff’s Conference Room in the Courthouse located at 215 East Main Street, New Roads, Louisiana until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2015 and then publicly opened and read for a one year contract for the purchase of law enforcement equipment (lights, sirens, graphics, radar, etc.) and the installation of the equipment in the following vehicles:  2015 Tahoe & 2016 Tahoe.
 
Official Bid Documents including specifications may be obtained from Capt. Joe Major, [email protected], telephone 225-638-5400 ext. 201 or cell (225) 240-9935, until 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 13, 2015.  Written Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "BID – law enforcement equipment for patrol vehicles" and mailed to Pointe Coupee Parish Sheriff, Attn: Capt. Joe Major, P.O. Box 248, New Roads, LA 70760.
