INVITATION TO BID
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT sealed bids will be received by the City of Fellsmere until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 17, 2024, at which time the bids will be opened, for furnishing all labor and materials for the following project:
Tree Trimming & Removal Services
 
Bids may be sent by mail or hand delivered to 22 South Orange Street, Fellsmere, Florida 32948. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above office immediately following the above-stated closing time.
Copies of the RFP are on file in the above office and open for public inspection. Copies can be viewed and downloaded online at: Bids and RFPs | Fellsmere Florida (cityoffellsmere.org).
Alternatively, Official Bid Documents are available at Central Bidding (www.centralbidding.com).  Electronic Bids may be submitted at Central Bidding (www.centralbidding.com).  For questions related to the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814 or [email protected].
Bids received after the time set for the opening of the bids will not be considered and will be returned unopened, subject to the provisions of the Instructions to Bidders.
All bids shall be submitted in the manner outlined and specified in the City of Fellsmere RFP No. 2024-09 (Tree Trimming & Removal Services).
The City reserves the right to delay the awarding of the Contract for up to sixty (60) days after the bid opening, to waive informalities in any bid, or to reject any or all bids in whole or in part with or without cause/or to accept the bid that, in its judgment, will serve the best interests of the City.
