Replacement of existing hot water supply and return lines.  Provide temporary piping to system until the permanent piping system is installed.

Sealed bids will be received for the State of Louisiana by the Division of Administration, Office of Facility Planning and Control, Claiborne Office Building, 1201 North Third Street, Conference Room 1-145, Post Office Box 94095, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70804-9095 until 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, July 7, 2020.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at Louisiana State University- Health Sciences Center, Administration Building, 433 Bolivar Street, 8th floor, Room 802, New Orleans, LA 70112.
 

Additional Notes/Requirements

Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192 for the classification of Mechanical Work. Bidder is required to comply with provisions and requirements of LA R.S. 38:2212(B)(5). No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty- five (45) days after receipt of bids, except under the provisions of LA. R.S. 38:2214.
