The Washington Parish Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (WPOHSEP) has received a grant through the FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) to provide the necessary funding to reduce or eliminate the long-term risk of flood damage to approved residential structures. The Parish is interested in procuring a firm to provide project management services for the elevation and/or acquisition of approved residential structures as identified in the HMGP grant application. All proposals must be presented in accordance with parts 1 - 3 of the proposal packet.

Bids can be hand-delivered, mailed or submitted to this web page no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, July 16, 2010. Responses must be sealed and clearly state "RFQ Proposal". Responses will be opened and read aloud on Monday, July 19, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.
