PURPOSE: 
The Bayou Lafourche Fresh Water District (BLFWD) is soliciting proposals to provide Disaster Debris Monitoring Services in response to the August 29th, 2021 Hurricane Ida.
 
INSTRUCTIONS TO PROPOSERS: 
Firms or companies desiring to provide services, as described in the Scope of Work, shall submit electronic ONLY proposals not later than 12:00 p.m. CST on 10/29/2021, to the electronic solicitation for BLFWD found at https://www.centralauctionhouse.com/rfpc10092-bayou-lafourche-fresh-water-district.html
 
Offers by telephone or telegram shall not be accepted. Also, proposers are instructed NOT to fax, mail or hand deliver their proposal. Proposals shall be rejected as non-responsive if not submitted through Central Auction House.
