BID PROPOSAL NO. 22-002
 
 
Sealed bids will be received until 12:00 P.M. CST on Monday, September 6, 2021, for UCaaS/CCaaS to be installed for Jefferson Parish Human Services Authority.
 
The work consists of providing a solution that will serve as a roadmap for JPHSA’s enterprise cloud-based telephony infrastructure for the next three years. It is critical that JPHSA be able to maintain all existing phone numbers with any new solution. The successful solution will encompass all JPHSA locations and will have scalability and flexibility to meet the changing needs of JPHSA’s business. Any questions regarding the RFP must be referred to the communications consultant Stephanie Turzanski via email at [email protected] by August 17th, 2021, 12:00 p.m. CST. All questions and all responses will be shared with all participants.
 
All bids must be in accordance with the contract documents on file with Jefferson Parish Human Services Authority Finance Operations, 3616 S. I-10 Service Road W., Suite 200, Metairie, LA 70001. All proposals must be delivered to the communications consultant Stephanie Turzanski via email at [email protected] by September 6, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. CST. Proposals delivered after the deadline will be removed from consideration. Late bids will not be accepted.
 
JPHSA reserves the right to reject any and all RFPs, to negotiate changes and modifications in the vendor's response to this proposal, or to waive any informalities, irregularities or defects in any proposals, should it deem to be in the best interest of JPHSA to do so.
