NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received by the Bayou Cane Fire Protection District, 6166 West Main Street, Houma, LA 70360 or online at WWW.CENTRALBIDDING.COM until Monday, March 6, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. (CST). At which time and place, the bids will be publicly opened, read aloud, and taken under advisement. Bids are for the purpose of providing the Bayou Cane Fire Protection District with Open-Circuit Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA), Personal Alert Safety System (PASS) with Accountability and Telemetry System, Receiving Base Station/Gateway Kit with Personnel Accountability Software, Electronic Accountability Tag Collector or Passport (QUEUE), RFID Tag Reader/Writer System with Software, RFID Accountability Tags, SCBA Pack Programmer and Data Log Retrieval System with Software, SCBA locator Hand-held Receiver with accessories, and RIT-PAK with cylinder (auxiliary air source to be used by Rapid Intervention Teams), BID #2017-001. Bid packages may be obtained at the Bayou Cane Fire Protection District, Central Station, 6166 West Main Street, Houma, LA 70360 or online at WWW.CENTRALBIDDING.COM. Faxed Bids will not be accepted and will be discarded. The Bayou Cane Fire Protection District is not responsible for the timely delivery of bids by USPS or any other carrier.
