The Work includes site work, concrete sidewalks, site drainage, demolition, concrete foundations, cmu block walls, wood truss framing, finish carpentry, hollow metal doors, metal doors, door hardware, glazing, lay-in ceilings, painting, electrical, mechanical, standing seam metal roofs, prefinished metal roof panels, sprayed polyurethane foam insulation and other systems as described in the contract documents.  Construction budget for the Base Bid is:  Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars    ($700,000.00)

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, April 15, 2015, at the job site located on Ball Park Road in Ruston, Louisiana. Owner Telephone (318) 255-1430 and Fax (318) 255-3203. Representatives from the OWNER and ARCHITECT will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference.
