ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

            NOTICE is hereby given to all banks in the City of Madison, Mississippi, by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Madison that bids will be received from banks in the City of Madison at the regular meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen to be held Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Municipal Courtroom of the Madison Justice Complex for the privilege of keeping the city funds, or any part thereof, under the provisions of Sections 27-105-353 and 27-105-363, Mississippi Code of 1972, and subject to the requirements of law for calendar years 2023 and 2024.
 
The Municipality Bid Proposal Form shall be used and can be accessed at the following link: https://treasury.ms.gov/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/Municipal-Depository-Bid-Form.pdf. The bid proposal shall designate the kind of security as authorized by law which the banks propose to give as security for funds.
