REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION: ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR ROOF REPLACEMENT AND REPAIRS AT UNION STATION
RFQ NUMBER: 25-003

The Jackson Redevelopment Authority (JRA) hereby gives notice that it is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Architectural and Engineering Services for roof replacement and repairs at Union Station. The selected firm will collaborate with JRA to assess, design, and implement a comprehensive roof replacement and repair plan that ensures the structural integrity and long-term preservation of this historic property. This project aligns with JRA’s mission to maintain and revitalize historic assets as part of its broader commitment to urban renewal and community development within the City of Jackson.

Submission Deadline: Sealed proposals will be received by the Jackson Redevelopment Authority no later than 12:00 PM Central Time on February 17, 2025. (CORRECTION: 5:00 PM Central Time on February 18, 2025)
