Notice to Bidders 

 

At the request of Sheriff  Elect Claude Louis, Jr., the St. James Parish Sheriff’s Office will be accepting separate sealed bids in the Office of the Sheriff, Convent Courthouse, up to 4:00 p.m. Friday, June 28th, 2024, Sealed bids will be opened by Sheriff Louis on Monday July 1, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the Office of the Sheriff, Convent. Courthouse. 

 

Prospective bidders must bid all items as listed and meet minimum requirements as specified in the bid documents.  Vehicle specifications and documents are available from the St. James Parish Sheriff’s Office, 5800 Highway 44, Convent, Louisiana.  

 

Envelope containing the bid must be marked “St. James Parish Sheriff’s Office “Chevrolet Tahoe Premier 2WD" clearly on the outside of the envelope. 

 

In accordance with LRS 38:2212.1. B. (4) (a), the St. James Parish Sheriff’s Office offers bidders the ability to respond to this bid electronically. Minimum Bid Specifications? 

Make/Model – One (1) 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe Premier 2WD 

 

All bids must be complete and include delivery schedule and warranty. 

 

Immediate delivery and availability of parts, service, and warranty will be considered in the awarding of bids. 

 

Sheriff Louis reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formalities.
