Ducks Unlimited, Inc., the Nation's leader in wetland conservation, is seeking bids for a project at Delta National Forest.  We are having a pre-bid meeting for the project on:
 
August 18th at 9:30 AM
 
We will meet at the intersection of MS Hwy 16 and Campbellville Road, just west of Holly Bluff, MS. (N 32.821479, W 90.729035)   Pre-Bid meeting is not mandatory but it is strongly suggested that interested bidders attend.
 
The work on this project consists of removing existing corrugated metal pipes from concrete headwalls and replacing with steel pipes and control structures, repairing two section of existing levee and installing access road surfacing.

Additional Notes/Requirements

Bids will be rejected if the bidder is not on DU’s pre-qualified contractors list. Bidders are encouraged to verify their pre-qualification prior to submitting a bid. Bids shall only be accepted from Prime Contractors with the necessary License Classifications required by the State Contracting Board to perform work outlined in the plans and technical specifications. It shall be the responsibility of the Prime Contractor to assure that he and all subcontractors comply with all state contracting laws.
