NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed/Electronic bids will be received by the Board of Supervisors of George County, Mississippi, until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at the Office of Procurement, 329 Ratliff Street, Lucedale, Mississippi, for the annual bid for Asphalt - County Furnished Materials in Place under the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The bid term is one year.

All bids submitted must be sealed and clearly labeled on the outside of the bid envelopes as instructed in the bid package and delivered to the Chancery Clerks Office at the above address or electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com.  For any questions relating to the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at       225-810-4814.
The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities.
