  ST. LANDRY PARISH SCHOOL BOARD, AKA “DISTRICT," is seeking proposals for Category 2 Products and Services.  The DISTRICT operates 42 E-Rate eligible entities, including schools,  annexes, and non-instructional facilities—thirty-seven (37) entities are eligible for Cat. 2 funding (see page 35 ).  As of October 1, 2022, the DISTRICT reported an enrollment of 13,772 PK-12 students.
 
The DISTRICT seeks bids for E-Rate eligible internal connections, licenses, support warranties for new equipment, cabling, and Basic Maintenance for renewal of support warranties and “break/fix” hourly pricing.
 
Sealed proposals must be sent by certified mail, UPS, Fed Ex, or hand-delivered to ST. LANDRY PARISH SCHOOL DISTRICT or submissions may be uploaded at http://centralauctionhouse.com.
 
Please check the Central Auction House website in ADVANCE for rules and fees for uploading to the bidding site. The DISTRICT is not responsible for upload delays, and proposals received after the deadline will be disqualified.
