The Approved Mississippi Regional Education Services Agencies (RESA) administering the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Emergency Assistance to Non-Public Schools (EANS) is working to establish a contract for Apple branded products. These products will be purchased as educational technology to assist students, educators, and other staff with remote or hybrid learning and to address learning loss.

Prices quoted shall be all-inclusive (including all applicable taxes, shipping cost, training, and technical support.

Omissions in the proposal of any provision herein described shall not be construed as to relieve the vendor of any responsibility or obligation to the complete and satisfactory delivery, operation and support of any services.
