Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Purchase of District Wide Time Clock Management System
 (RFP#23-54)
 
The Rapides Parish School Board is seeking Request for Proposals from qualified proposers. Proposers who can demonstrate their ability to provide goods and/or services to the District for a District Wide Time Clock Management System in all schools/facilities in Rapides Parish.
 
Sealed proposals will be received until 11:00 am on March 16, 2023.
 
Proposals should be in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the vendor’s name on the outside along with the RFP number and name:
    “RFP # 23-54: Purchase of District Wide Time Clock Management System”
and delivered to:
    Rapides Parish School Board Office
    Purchasing Department

    Alexandria, Louisiana 71301

Late proposals arriving after the stated due date and time will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
