REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS
Iberia Medical Center will be accepting requests for proposals until 2:00 p.m. CST, on October 22, 2018, for copier/fax/scanner multifunction devices, maintenance and supplies.   Required features:
 
Up to 170 copiers, Hewlett-Packard (HP) fax or multifunction machines to be provided through a loan agreement
Loaner equipment will meet IMC individual department specifications, which may change over time
Equipment to be delivered and guaranteed functional or replaced within 5 days
Full maintenance to be provided on loaner equipment same or next day service
Maintenance to be provided on all IMC owned copier, fax or multifunction devices in addition to loaned equipment
IMC will agree to purchase toner kits for all devices as a part of loan agreement
Agreement will have 30 day out at any time without cause.
