Sealed bids for SOPHIE LANE ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS will be received and opened for the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LAUDERDALE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI at the LAUDERDALE COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER, LOCATED AT 612 22ND AVENUE SOUTH (2ND FLOOR) in MERIDIAN, MISSISSIPPI until 2:00 o'clock (p.m.,CST) Wednesday, January 29, 2025
 
Project is located on Sophie Lane within Maiden Estates North Subdivision in Collinsville, Lauderdale County, MS. Primary items of work include the re-construction of Sophie Lane with associated site grading and grassing along the roadway.  This project is Lauderdale County Bid No. 3997.
 
Bidding and Contract Documents may be purchased from the Engineer upon prior payment of a fee of $50.00, which is non-refundable.  Bidding Documents may be examined at the following locations:

The Board of Supervisors of Lauderdale County, MS reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids or to award or refrain from awarding the contract for the work, whichever is deemed to be in the best interest of the Board of Supervisors of Lauderdale County.
 
Each bidder must include with his bid, security in the amount equal to 5% of the total bid.  No bid may be withdrawn after closing time for the receipt of bids for a period within 30 days.
