Request for Proposals will be received by the Lafourche Parish School Board until 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 17, 2024 in its office located at 701 East Seventh Street, Thibodaux, Louisiana at which time proposals will be received and opened for RFP – Organizational Structure and Compensation Study.
 
Complete proposals, including the original and one digital copy, must be received by Lafourche Parish School Board at the address listed above by 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 17, 2024. Proposals should be clearly marked “RFP – Organizational Structure and Compensation Study”. Proposals received after that time will not be accepted. Proposals shall be either hand delivered by the bidder or his agent in which instance the deliverer shall be handed a written receipt or such proposals shall be sent by registered or certified mail with a return receipt requested.

Q&A: Yes, you can submit a hard copy of the RFP proposal with a flash drive (electronic copy)- without going through central bidding. We have approximately 1,800 full time employees. Different classifications – I think this would be based on our current salary schedules – we have 10 schedules each with a few indexes. We can point them in the direction of the schedule online under payroll. Preferred timeline – due by March 31, 2025 to have those months to review and implement for July 1, 2025 as budget allows
