Notice is hereby given that the NORTH PIKE SCHOOL DISTRICT will receive ELECTRONIC BIDS on Friday, September 16, 2022, at 10:00 am CST for the following:
 North Pike School District is seeking proposals from interested and qualified vendors to install a door access control system on our following campuses:
                North Pike Elementary School
                North Pike Upper Elementary School
                North Pike Junior High School
                North Pike High School
                North Pike Career and Technical Center
                North Pike Administration Building

Site Visits: Due to the nature of the project and work involved, and to allow Respondents to view the existing campus facilities and gain further understanding of the project, there will be a mandatory pre-bid site visit on September 2, 2022, at 10:00 am CST, at the NPSD Central Office. This pre-bid site visit is only for any vendors who were unable to attend the pre-bid meeting that was held on August 15, 2022. Central Office is located at 1036 Jaguar Trail, Summit MS 39666. A sign-in form is required for all members of the public visiting the NPSD campus.

All submissions become property of North Pike School District and will not be returned.
All costs associated with the submission preparation will be borne by the submitting vendor.
