SOQ packages must be clearly marked on the outside of sealed envelope “Stephensville Mitigation Project Engineer Statement of Qualifications”. The applicant’s completed Statement of Qualifications must be received by the St. Martin Parish Government no later than 2:00 PM, September 21, 2011.
