Listing Information/Advertisement

The Hinds County School District is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced photography service providers to capture high-quality images of our students and staff at the district office and each of the elementary, middle, and high schools for various school-related purposes. Proposals will only be considered valid if it meets all the specifications.
Vendor qualifications and product specifications will be accepted until March 17, 2025, at 12:00pm (central time), at the HCSD Central Office located at 13192 Highway 18 West, Raymond, MS 39154. Submissions may be made by hand, mail or electronically via the Central bidding website, https://www.centralauctionhouse.com/.  Submissions received after the deadline will not be accepted or considered. Courier delays are not an acceptable excuse for submissions delivered after the deadline. All submissions must be sealed and clearly marked to avoid disclosure of the contents prior to the official proposal opening date/time. Hand-delivered and mailed proposals must be clearly marked “RFP #25-008 (School Photography Services).
