The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:



Base Bid: All labor and materials, not provided by the Owner, required for the erection of the 9,276 square foot pre-engineered metal building. Bid shall include all labor and materials required for partial site demolition, slab construction, and lighting and power for the function of the warehouse, as well as all exterior wall and roof building insulation.



Alternate No. One: Add. Alt. #1:

All labor and material required for the construction of the office space as shown on the Drawings. The work shall include all finishes, power and lighting associated with the function fo the office including the PTAC unit, Doors #8 and #9 and window “A.”



Alternate No. Two: Add. Alt #2:

All labor and material required for the installation of the prefabricated metal canopies at each loading dock as shown on the Drawings. Also, include all labor and material required for the installation of the warehouse hanging heaters and transfer switch.
