receive sealed bids for the Asphaltic Concrete Overlay of Lake Palourde Road project, at the St. Mary Parish
Courthouse Council Meeting Room, Fifth Floor, Franklin, Louisiana 70538, until July 23, 2024, at 10:00 A.M.,
local time, at which time and place, they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the time
set forth above for opening of bids will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
