The Bid Acceptance Committee appointed by the Board of Trustees of Northeast Mississippi Community College, Booneville, Mississippi, will receive bids until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 5, 2019, at which time they will be opened in the Board Room of Seth Pounds Auditorium and read publicly for the following:
 
Seth Pounds Auditorium - HVAC Equipment Replacement
                       
                     Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 5, 2019.  Bids should be addressed and either mailed to:  Board of Trustees, Attention: Bid Acceptance Committee, Northeast Mississippi Community College, 101 Cunningham Blvd, Booneville, MS 38829 or delivered to:  The Office of the President or the Director of Purchasing, Ramsey Hall, at that address.
                     Electronic bids will be received until 10:00 am, December 5, 2019, via electronic bid submission through www.centralbidding.com
 
Bid documents and specifications are on file in the Office of the President and the Office of the Director of Purchasing. All bids must be in accordance with specifications and must be submitted on the official bid form.  Each bid must be designated on the outside of the envelope by category and bid file number and addressed to the address above.

                        The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept the best and/or lowest bid, and to waive any informalities in bidding.  Bidders unable to supply specified brands must indicate brands being bid and must provide descriptive literature on alternates.
 
                        No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five days after the designated time for receipt of bids.  Signed bids will be considered legally binding as submitted at the time of bid opening and are not subject to later modification.  Orders for all items will be determined by the need of the institution and delivery will be made only after the issuance of purchase orders.  Delivery dates in excess of thirty days following receipt of purchase orders by vendors must be specified when bidding.  The bid award will go to the next highest/lowest bidder should the original highest/lowest bid award not provide the service/product or honor the bid for whatever reason.
