F. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a ?bid bond or certified check for at least
five percent (5%) of the base bid payable to Madison County Schools?.

H. Bids shall be submitted on the form to be furnished by the Architect.
I. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days
