Notice is hereby given that Rankin County, MS shall receive responses from qualified Energy Service Providers (ESPs) to provide energy conservation equipment and services under an Energy Services Contract.  Sealed responses are to be delivered to Keith Hicks, County Administrator, 211 East Government Street, Suite A, Brandon, MS 39042 in strict conformity with the instructions set forth in the Request for Qualifications.  
ESP qualifications will be submitted in accordance with Miss. Code Ann. Section 31-7-14 (1972), as amended, a/k/a the Mississippi Development Authority—Energy Division’s Policy and Procedures for Energy Service Providers, as well as the terms, conditions and instructions set forth in the Request for Qualifications.
