The City of Tuscaloosa requests qualifications for firms to serve as an Owner’s Representative / Program Manager for The Saban Center project (A21-1603). The scope of services will include overseeing the entire project from pre?design, design, construction, commissioning, move?in and startup to close?out. Proposals are due in electronic format only before 3:00 p.m. CDT on January 21, 2022. Firms are required to follow the instructions contained in the City’s RFQ document.
