Sealed bids for Bid # 2501 Reading Curriculum Package with Digital Courseware for Grades K-5 over 5 years to begin during school year 2025-2026 and recurring annually until school year 2029-2030 will be received by Pontotoc City School District at the District’s Central Office located at 140 Education Drive, Pontotoc MS 38863 until 10:00 am on Friday, March 28, 2025 at which time they will be publicly opened. Submitted bids must comply with the specifications provided. Bidders submitting printed copies must provide one proposal and two copies of their submitted sealed bid. Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. Bidders may submit electronically OR send printed copies of proposals to the Pontotoc City School District prior to the deadline or proposals will not be considered. Bid specifications are on file at the Pontotoc City School District Central Office. Bidders may also request a copy of the complete bid packet and instructions by email to jsavely@pontotoc.k12.ms.us. Pontotoc City School District reserves the right to amend the specification, as necessary, and agrees to notify all who have requested bid packets. Contract will be awarded to the lowest and/or best bidder to meet the needs of the district. Pontotoc City School District reserves the right to award all or portions of the bid to one or more than one vendors utilizing the established rubric. Pontotoc City School District reserves the right to to waive any and all informalities and reject any and all bids.
