REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP 23-59B)
FOR
TURNKEY PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF LED SCOREBOARD AT
TIOGA HIGH SCHOOL
 
Proposals should be in a sealed envelope/box, clearly marked with the following:

RFP # 23-59B: Turnkey Purchase and Installation of LED Scoreboard at Tioga High School; and

Sealed proposals will be received from qualified proposers until August 24, 2023 at 11:00am.   Late proposals arriving after the stated due date and time will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
 
A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at Tioga High School – Football Field on August 11, 2023 at 9:00am. Proposals will not be accepted from vendors having not attended this meeting.
