Sealed bids for City of Brookhaven, North First Street Fire Station #2, will be received by the City of Brookhaven, until 10:00 AM local time on March 26, 2019, at the Office of the City Clerk, City of Brookhaven, 301 South First Street, Room 12, Brookhaven, Mississippi, 39601, and shortly thereafter will be opened and publicly read.
 
The work involved in the project includes renovation of an existing building to construct a fire station, including adding structure, site grading, drainage and new surfaces as described in the Construction Drawings and Contract Documents.  All documents required for bidding purposes may be obtained from Dungan Engineering, P. A., 120 East Chickasaw Street, Brookhaven, Mississippi 39601, (601) 823-7026.  A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is required at the time of request for Construction Drawings and Contract Documents.  A copy of the Contract Drawings and Documents may be examined at the office of Dungan Engineering, P. A., 120 East Chickasaw Street, Brookhaven, Mississippi 39601.

Plans and Contract Documents are on file in the office of the City of Brookhaven, Mississippi. Plans and proposals may be secured from the office of Dungan Engineering, P.A., 120 E. Chickasaw Street, Brookhaven, MS  39601.  Official bid documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com or at www.dunganeng.com/bids. Notice: All bidders must be on the official bidders list maintained by Dungan Engineering.
 
A pre-bid conference for this project will be held at the Office of the City of Brookhaven, 301 South First Street, Room 12, Brookhaven, Mississippi, 39601, on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at 10:00 A.M.  Attendance is mandatory.
 
Bid preparation will be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders bound in the Documents.  The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all bids.
