Does the scope for the Leesville HS track resurfacing include removal of an existing track surface? What color will the new track surface be? Thank you.

Yes, it does include removing the old track service. We are looking for a color other than black, we prefer a reddish orange or red tint.

Page 3 of the specifications for Leesville require submittals with the bid which includes a sample. We planned on submitting our bid online via Central Bidding.
