C.S.T.  At which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Board Room for the purchase of: Enterprise Virtual Desktop Management Services, to increase and optimize efficiency; decrease total cost of ownership; and improve user experience of the current virtual desktop infrastructure for the next 3 years.
