The work on this project consists of removing an existing timber water control structure and constructing 118 LF of timber pile & waler supported vinyl sheet piling with 3 aluminum water control structures installed without de-watering.  This work shall also include performing the necessary items outlined in the plans and specifications and associated with constructing the project according to the plans.  

Ducks Unlimited, Inc., the Nation's leader in wetland conservation, is seeking bids for the Apache WCS – Falgout Canal project.  We are having a VOLUNTARY pre-bid meeting and site showing to interested contractors from our bidders list at 11:00AM on March 28, 2023.  The meeting will be on the east bank in the dead-end barge canal connected to Falgout Canal, approximately 0.94 miles west then 0.41 miles of Falgout Canal Marina.  Please see the attached vicinity map or Sheet 3 of the plans.  Ducks Unlimited will shuttle contractors to the terrace field for any investigative efforts requested.  Please bring your own personal flotation device.

Contract completion time is 90 calendar days. Anticipated "Notice to Proceed", end of April.
