Then and there bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after the specified time and date will not be opened or recognized. Specifications and contract documents for the above can be obtained upon request from the St. Mary Parish Government Purchasing Department, Fifth Floor Courthouse, Franklin, Louisiana 70538 and/or can be downloaded from the Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com  Bids may be submitted electronically to the aforementioned website or mailed to the office of St. Mary Parish Government Purchasing Department.
