Sealed bids for BAILEY VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT – SITE PAVING PACKAGE will be received and opened for the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LAUDERDALE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI at the LAUDERDALE COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER, LOCATED AT 612 22ND AVENUE SOUTH (2ND FLOOR) in MERIDIAN, MISSISSIPPI until 2:00 o'clock (p.m.,CST) Thursday, February 13, 2025
 
Project is located on MS Highway 493 in Lauderdale County, MS. Primary items of work include shaping and grading, concrete paving of site access drives (2), crushed stone placement and building foundation construction.  VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT – SITE PAVING PACKAGE
 
Bidding and Contract Documents may be purchased from the Engineer upon prior payment of a fee of $50.00, which is non-refundable.  Bidding Documents may be examined at the following locations:

The Board of Supervisors of Lauderdale County, MS reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids or to award or refrain from awarding the contract for the work, whichever is deemed to be in the best interest of the Board of Supervisors of Lauderdale County.
 
Each bidder must include with his bid, security in the amount equal to 5% of the total bid.  No bid may be withdrawn after closing time for the receipt of bids for a period within 30 days.
