English Language Proficiency Assessments for K-12th Grade Forest Municipal School District is requesting proposals for English Language Proficiency Assessments for K-12th Grade. The district is seeking to administer three assessments during the school year to track growth in English language proficiency. Forest Municipal School District currently has 585 English Learners within the district. The English Language Proficiency Assessments must be aligned to the Mississippi Department of Education’s English Learner Proficiency Standards. The proposal must include all necessary assessment components for administering English Language Proficiency Assessments to K-12th grade students. Such components should include the following: online assessments for language proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking; hand scoring options for writing, reading, and speaking; and assessment student reports and district reports for tracking student progress. Additional components may be added to the proposal at the vendor’s discretion.
