NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Pearl River County School District will accept bids for Print Management Services in the following manner:
Bid proposals will be accepted until 10:00 am, CST, Thursday, March 2, 2023, in sealed envelopes at the Pearl River County Schools Central Office, Business Office, 7441 Highway 11, Carriere, MS 39426, or by electronic bid submission. Electronic invitation for bid proposals can be submitted at
www.centralbidding.com. For any questions relating to the electronic bidding process, please contact Central Bidding at 225-810-4814.
Official bid documents are on file at the office of the Superintendent. To receive a copy of the specifications please contact the Business Office via email:
[email protected]. Specifications may also be downloaded at
www.centralbidding.com, for a fee. All bids must comply with the specifications provided. The Pearl River County School District reserves the right to amend the specifications, as necessary, and agrees to notify all having requested bid packets.
The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best responsible bidder. The Pearl River County School District reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids.
