The Mississippi State Port Authority at Gulfport (MSPA) is soliciting proposals for Professional Engineering Consultant and Management Services.  The MSPA desires to secure the assistance of a professional consulting firm/team for all engineering and design services necessary for the implementation and construction of the Port of Gulfport Access Road project.  The work of the project will generally consist of approximately 1.2 miles of roadway improvements including a 160-foot grade separated bridge over U.S. Highway 90, pavement strengthening of 30th Avenue, new signalization, access management improvements and implementation of Intelligent Transportation Systems.  The selected firm will be responsible for providing professional project management, engineering design, construction management as required, and all other engineering services deemed necessary for a complete project.  The firm must be licensed to perform engineering services in the State of Mississippi.
