Ducks Unlimited, Inc., the Nation's leader in wetland conservation, is seeking bids for a project at the Bayou Deview WMA located in Poinsett County, Arkansas. We are having a pre-bid meeting for the project on September 6 at 10:00 AM.
 
We will meet on site.  We will meet at the intersection of Bayou Deview Rd and Bayou Deview in Weiner, AR (North 35°37’22.55” and West 90°56’35.47”).  The meeting location is approximately 2.9 miles west of Weiner, Arkansas on Kings Highway and Bayou Deview Road.  The meeting location is approximately 1.27 miles east of the intersection of Flag Slough Ln and Bayou Deview Rd.   Pre-Bid meeting is not mandatory but is strongly suggested that interested bidders attend.

The work on this project consists of earthfill/embankment and excavation, water control structures, spillway construction, seed, fertilizer, mulch, and associated site preparation.   This work shall also include performing the other necessary items outlined in the plans and specifications and associated with constructing the project according to the plans.  The unit price bid for the project shall be payment in full for supplying all materials, equipment, labor and any other necessary incidental items necessary for performing all operations described herein.
