The City of Tuscaloosa requests proposals from experienced and qualified professional firms to enter into a Pre-event Contract for Disaster Debris Monitoring Services following a manmade or natural disaster (RFQ OCA-23-0996). In the event of activation of the contract with the Consultant firm, the Consultant shall provide monitoring services of the cleanup, demolition, removal, reduction and disposal of debris resulting from a natural or manmade disaster as directed by the City and in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the City of Tuscaloosa, Tuscaloosa County EMA, Alabama Emergency Management Agency (AEMA) The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and applicable Federal laws and regulations.
Proposals are due in electronic format by 2:00 PM local time (Tuscaloosa, Alabama) on April 12, 2024. Firms are required to follow the instructions contained in the City’s RFQ document. To obtain a copy of the RFQ for these services visit the City of Tuscaloosa website at www.tuscaloosa.com/bids.
