CLEARING, MULCHING AND GRINDING
POPLARVILLE, PEARL RIVER COUNTY, MS
 
Sealed bids for clearing, mulching and grinding of a parcel of land located on MS Hwy. 26 E., Poplarville, Mississippi 39470 (between Circle D Convenience Store & Love’s Travel Stop) and will be received by the Pearl River County Board of Supervisors until 1:30 PM local time on Monday, December 4, 2023 at the County Administration Office located at 109 West Pearl Street, Poplarville, MS  39470 and shortly thereafter will be opened and publicly read. Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com.  For any questions relating to the electronic bidding process, please call 225-810-4814.
 
The work involved in the project includes clearing, mulching and grinding of approximately 95 acres on the parcel of land and other associated items of work as described in the project Construction Drawings and Contract Documents.  All documents required for bidding purposes may be obtained from Dungan Engineering, P. A., 925 Goodyear Blvd, Picayune, Mississippi 39466, (601) 799-1037.  A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required at the time of request for Construction Drawings and Contract Documents or official bid documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com. A copy of the Contract Drawings and Documents may be examined at the office of Dungan Engineering, P. A., 925 Goodyear Blvd, Picayune, Mississippi 39466.
 
Bid preparation will be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders bound in the Documents.  The Pearl River County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all bids.
