The City of Picayune, Mississippi has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) and is seeking Proposals from qualified Contractors for Lawn Maintenance Services within the city limit boundaries for a period of eight (8) months.  Contractor shall furnish labor, fuel, equipment, tools, protective gear and supplies to provide lawn maintenance services.
 
The complete Request for Proposal may be obtained from the office of the City Clerk located at 203 Goodyear Blvd, Picayune, MS  39466.  Proposals should address the selection criteria listed below and be limited to 15 pages, exclusive of cover, divider pages and transmittal letter.   Three (3) copies should be delivered to the office of the City Clerk, at 203 Goodyear Blvd, Picayune, Mississippi 39466 not later than 2 p.m. on March 13, 2019.  The outside of the package should be marked “LAWN MAINTENANCE SERVICES – REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL”.  Official bid documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com.   Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com.  For any questions relating to the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814.  Faxed copies will not be considered.
 
Contractors will be ranked based on the criteria set forth below.  A selection committee will evaluate the RFPs based on the following selection criteria:
 
1.    Costs of Contractor services (70 pts)
2.    Qualifications of the Contractor (20 pts)
3.    Mobilization Time Frame (10 pts)
